 Boise offers a good selection of budget hotels, travel motels and family run bed and breakfast (B&B) guest houses. The main hotel chains in Boise tend to provide the best value accommodation, together with excellent facilities, restaurants and convenient locations. Many popular cheap hotels can be found along the Airport Way, Fairview Avenue, the Federal Way, Grove Street, Main Street, the University Drive and West Parkcenter. These budget lodging options include the likes of the Best Western Northwest Lodge, the Doubletree Club, the Econo Lodge Boise, the Fairfield Inn, the Hampton Inn and the University Inn.
Many local residences in and around central Boise have been converted into friendly bed and breakfast accommodation, often offering cheap rooms and comfortable lodging. These guest houses are a popular alternative to more mainstream hotels, although the quality of facilities can vary, with price being a good approximation of what to expect.
Slightly more upmarket accommodation options in Boise include a range of hotels with scenic views, apartment rentals and historic inns. Close to the city center, the Grove Hotel is part of the Bank of America Center and is a vast complex, with superb facilities.

Additional, more scenic accommodation, is sited just a short drive from Boise. Standing around 16 miles / 26 km from central Boise, the Bogus Basin Resort is popular throughout the year, with winter skiing and summer hiking trails. Lodging here includes the Pioneer Condominiums, where you will discover some of the best possible views of the area.
